Q:  I'm not familiar with your service.  How does it work?

A:  Our service is very simple.  We provide delivery from your favorite Area restaurants to homes, businesses; hotels and most other places people want delivery. 

 Q:  How do I place an order?

A:  You can place your order here on our website or you may call (830) 626-8181 and one of our customer service reps will gladly assist you.  Please note that when ordering online for the first time, you must make a one time call to verify your order. 

 Q:  How long does it take for a delivery?

A:  Our normal delivery time is usually less than an hour; however certain situations such as traffic and restaurant preparation time require extra time.  Please know that we are always working hard to get your food delivered as quickly as possible.  We appreciate your patience. Lunch reservations are strongly encouraged. 

 Q:  Do you offer catering?

A:  Of course!!  Actually, we specialize in drop-off caterings.  Please look for our catering menu and our group ordering section on our website (coming soon).  For more information in the meantime please call (830) 626-8181 Lunch reservations are strongly encouraged. 

 Q:  Do you deliver breakfast?

A:  We are happy to cater your breakfast if the order is placed 24 hours in advance.  Our minimum breakfast order is $30. 

 Q:  What are your delivery areas?

A:  We deliver to New Braunfels (TX) .  We will be happy to accommodate pharmaceutical reps and corporate caterings outside our normal delivery area.  Please call (830) 626-8181 for more information.

 Q:  How much does it cost to have something delivered?

A:  Our standard service charge starts at $4.95.  Delivery charges for rural areas and multiple restaurant deliveries may vary.

 Q:  Do your drivers accept tips?

A:  Our drivers work for gratuity just like restaurant wait staff.  A 15% gratuity is standard, however you may tip as much as you would like even if paying with a credit card.  All orders over $65 include a 15% gratuity. 

 Q:  Will my food be hot and fresh when delivered?

A:  You bet!  Our drivers pick up your food straight from the restaurant's kitchen and carry it in our insulated thermal bags.  These bags are designed to keep hot food hot and cold food cold. 

 Q:  Do you have a minimum order?

A:  We have a $10 minimum order (before tax and delivery) from all of our restaurants. 

 Q:  Do you deliver lunch on Saturday or Sunday?

A:  We are more than happy to deliver lunch on Saturday or Sunday if the order is placed by9pmon Friday night.  We have a $25 minimum for lunch on these days. 

 Q:  What types of payment do you accept?

A:  We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  We accept checks ONLY from established customers with valid ID.  Sorry, no checks accepted until 6th order. A 3% convenience fee will be added to all non-cash payments.  

 Q:  Can I buy Deliver New Braunfels gift certificates? 

A:  Absolutely!  What could be better than giving the gift of not cooking?  They are available in any amount by calling our office at (830) 626-8181

Q:  What information do you collect about me?

A:  In order to accurately deliver your food, we need to gather certain information such as your telephone number (which is unique to your address), your address and email address if ordering online.  Under no circumstances will we share your information with any outside person or business.  Your privacy is of great concern to us and your information will be stored in a private database, accessible only by us. 

Q:  Anything else?

A:  Restaurant prices are subject to change without notice.  No restaurant coupons or promotions accepted.  Restaurants may charge for delivery containers.  Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.  Please call us immediately at (830) 626-8181 if the restaurant has incorrectly packaged your order.  Deliver New Braunfels reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.  Thank you.
